The area is also well known for its fabulous outdoor recreation scene. Dells of the Wisconsin River State Natural Area, Rocky Arbor State Park, and Lake Delton are all minutes away from your retreat. Additionally, right at your stay, you'll have access to an on-site golf course. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Ideal for an extended family or friend getaway, with access to two sizable condos, you'll have ample room to sprawl out and get comfortable. Both of the condos feature open living spaces adorned with high-quality linens. The bigger of the two condos even has a gas fireplace and a jetted tub. Day-to-day amenities inside include central air-conditioning, washer/dryer access, and high-speed WiFi.

As the stars begin to fill the radiant night sky, head for the private balcony where the sounds of nature will calm you and the views will stick with you for a lifetime.

Things to Know
Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
