The Location
This high-quality apartment is situated on the northwest side of the building on the first floor. Wismar’s Old Harbour, one of the Hanseatic city’s most attractive spots, is right at your doorstep. From here, you can easily explore the city and its beautiful surrounding area. Incidentally, the Old Harbour is also a very popular venue for events and festivals.
Wismar’s historic Old Town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant array of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and places to visit. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbour Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long walks on the beach. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through your hair.

The Amenities
This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, a stove with two glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and hand blender. The separate bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. The combined living and dining area features a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a single sofa bed (1.20 x 1.95 m). The apartment includes a safe large enough for a laptop up to approximately 17 inches. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. A high chair and a crib can be reserved for a fee.

Special Features
Our team warmly welcomes you at the reception desk in the neighbouring Upstalsboom Krusespeicher. The Krusespeicher features a sauna area that is available free of charge to guests staying in the vacation apartments. The area spans two levels and includes two Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, and a relaxation room.
A public parking lot and a public parking garage (both for a fee) are located in the immediate vicinity. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the apartment complex. A clothes drying rack is provided in your apartment. Lockable bicycle storage is available.

In addition, a bread roll service is available for a fee—simply order at the front desk and pick it up the next morning in the Krusespeicher’s Living Room. There you’ll also find vending machines for specialty coffees, breakfast items, and snacks.

The linens package per person per stay is included for you! It includes one hand towel, one bath towel, bed linens, and one shower mat per bathroom. Upon request, our on-site team will also be happy to provide additional sets of bed linens and hand towels for a fee.

The historic apartment building is located right next to the Upstalsboom Krusespeicher, which is also a historic landmark and has been lovingly renovated. This former grain silo, which houses 41 additional apartments, features a shared reception area and a sauna area that you can use free of charge. You’ll also find a lockable storage room for bicycles at the Krusespeicher, where they can be safely stored.

All apartments feature Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and high-quality furnishings and amenities. The harmonious colour scheme creates a sense of well-being and modern coziness. The vacation complex offers an elevator as well as a washer and dryer for your travel laundry. The elevator system provides barrier-free and comfortable access to the apartments.
