The Location
This non-smoking apartment, facing east, is located on the 5th floor of the historic Krusespeicher building. Wismar’s Old Harbour, one of the most attractive spots in this cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, is right at your doorstep. From here, you can easily explore the city and its beautiful surroundings. By the way, the Old Harbour is an extremely popular venue for events and festivals—and it’s also the original filming location for *SOKO Wismar*, the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is only about a 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, a vibrant array of leisure activities and nightlife, as well as sights and day-trip destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events—such as the Swedish Festivals or the Harbour Days—attract over 500.000 visitors annually. The island of Poel is perfect for long walks on the beach. Here, you can stroll along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through your hair.

The Amenities
The bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with 4 glass-ceramic burners and an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a hand blender. The combined living and dining area features a single sleeper sofa (1.20 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (42 inches), a stereo system, and board games. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the harbour. The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The tastefully decorated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a safe large enough for a laptop up to approximately 17 inches.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Our team warmly welcomes you at the Krusespeicher reception desk and is happy to assist you with any questions during your stay. The Krusespeicher features a free sauna area spread over two levels; you’ll find two Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, and a relaxation room
In the basement of the apartment complex, there is a washer and dryer as well as lockable storage for your bicycles. A public parking lot and a public parking garage (both for a fee) are located in the immediate vicinity.

In addition, a bread roll service is available for a fee—simply order at the front desk and pick it up the next morning in the Krusespeicher’s Living Room. There you’ll also find vending machines for specialty coffees, breakfast items, and snacks.

The linens package per person per stay is included for you! It includes a hand towel, a bath towel, bed linens, and a shower mat per bathroom. Upon request, our on-site team will also be happy to provide additional sets of bed linens and hand towels for a fee.
