A very quiet and cozy semi-detached house with approximately 60 m² of living space, accommodating up to 4 people. The house is centrally located on a quiet side street and offers a private parking space.



The Museum Harbor, the spa center with the “Cliner Quelle” thermal baths, and various shopping options, stores, and dining options are all nearby, about 300 m away. The sandy beach with a large children’s playground and the heated seawater outdoor pool are just a leisurely 1.2 km walk away (about 15 minutes).

About the house itself:
Living-dining room with a modern sofa set and an adjustable recliner, dining table 160 x 100 cm (extendable).
The house features a large master bedroom with a double bed and a radio alarm clock, a children’s bedroom with two single beds, and a guest room with a sleeper sofa featuring a slatted frame and a sleeping surface measuring 150 x 200 cm. The bedding consists of washable microfiber sheets.
