Spacious home sits directly on crystal clear water, sandy-bottom Pretty Lake. The shallow swimming area is perfect for children and floating. The “boat house” is the central location for fun w/ drink fridge, ring toss game, seating area and full bathroom so you never have to leave the water’s edge. Located here are the 3 kayaks and paddle board you can take out onto the water at your leisure.

Enjoy a lakeside fire in the fire pit or take in the view from the rocking chairs on the 2nd story deck under the shade of a giant sycamore tree. The open lot across the street offers ample green space for family games like kickball, spike ball or corn hole.

Inside the home has room for everyone including 1 king bed, 10 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a trundle. Enjoy the arcade or billiards room or many board games provided for indoor fun. Boat not included in reservation. 10 mph rule on lake. Quiet community not conducive for rowdy groups. Come ready for memory making!

Book Club Anniversary

Perfect getaway for my book club anniversary weekend. Everything was pretty much as stated. Only thing was one of the bedrooms wasn't really a bedroom. There were plenty of beds so we made due. We would consider staying again. in warmer months.

Fun and family friendly

We had a great time at this property. The home was as described with all of the amenities necessary to cook full meals. The space was clean and well taken care of. It was plenty of room for 2 families of 4 to have their own soace and bathrooms. The games and the kayaks were a big hit for all. There are a lot of stairs to get to the boat house, but once youre down there, it is plenty to do and lota of fun. We had a memorable time away and all would visit this property again.
