Getaway ruined
We stayed in this beautiful apartment in Wolfeboro last year and were excited to be able to stay again this year. My friend who lives in the UK and I booked the apartment for 5 nights from Sunday March 23rd. We had a great time last year enjoying the house and the local atmosphere of Wolfeboro and had hoped for a repeat. We drove through afternoon Boston traffic to Wolfeboro arriving to find the apartment as amazing as we had remembered but with a bit of a problem- very little water pressure and no hot water at all. I called the service company right away to report this and ask for someone to call out asap. Later on that night I called again as we had heard nothing and after flying 3000 miles, my friend was looking forward to a shower. I called first thing on Monday morning and again at lunchtime always met with the promise that someone will call out soon. At 6pm on Monday night the first caretaker arrived and managed to connect the hot water and resolve the water pressure. Later that same night the water completely shut off. No hot water, no cold water, no washing, no toilet flushing and no water for food prep all night long. Not fun!! We contacted the caretaker and a second caretaker came out at 10.30 Tuesday morning. Again the water came back on and we managed to shower and get out and about. Later that night though, you guessed it - no hot water and little water pressure. The caretaker came out at 9.30pm and this time the water was fixed and lasted till our leaving da
