Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5â7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.
Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking - a payment request will be issued upon booking any stay over 14 days.
Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate âhens/bucksâ events or âschooliesâ bookings.
