The Space:

Farm & Sea studio is detached and private from the main residence. The living spaces overlook the beautiful bush and farmland creating the perfect back drop for a quiet getaway. There is a large deck featuring a private Claw Foot Bath where you can enjoy some bubbles and the view. A fire pit has been set out in the yard area for you to cozy up in front of and sit out under the stars. With the home designed and finished with quality furnishings and care Farm & Sea will have you feeling relaxed and at home a soon as you arrive making it the ideal accommodation choice for your holiday or weekend escape.



For the safety of our guests and their children, the horse paddock gate is padlocked. You are more than welcome to enjoy watching the horses from the fence line.



The Neighborhood:

The Studio is located in the on farmland just a short drive from the seaside village of Culburra Beach.



We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.



Getting Around:

You will require a car to get around. However, it is only a short drive into Culburra Beach, where you can visit local cafes shops, beaches and walks.



Other Things to Note:

We encourage you unplug to relax and unwind so unfortunately there no internet access



New Amenities & Important Safety Updates:



Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging:

We are excited to offer a 7KW Fast EV Charger (lead included) located in the carport! To ensure the charger is ready for your arrival, please note the following:

Pre-Activation Required: The charger is app-controlled. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to use it so we can activate it for your stay.

Usage Fee: To cover electricity costs, there is a flat fee of $20 per day for charger access.



Safety Note:

For fire safety and property security, charging EVs from internal power points is strictly prohibited. Running extension leads through doors prevents them from closing properly, which can lead to security issues and allows local wildlife (like mice) to enter the flat.



NOISE POLICY:

We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask that there be no music played after 9:00 PM
