The hotel was clean, and staff friendly. However, hotel was overbooked, and they did not have the room I reserved available. My family of 5 was crammed into a room with not enough sleeping space and no cots or alternatives were offered.

Very clean and well maintained. There was a fan in the bathroom which you don't always have which we really appreciated. The pool was beautiful but sadly we never had a chance to use it. We didn't eat breakfast, but it looked fine. Check in/out was quick and easy and staff were friendly.

Was not able to get into room until after check in time. Got out in wrong room and had to check multiple time to finally go in the correct room. Dog pee in elevator for at least 3 hours after telling front desk. A lot more wrong but not allowing me to what I am typing
