"Accessibility is a real issue. Ramp to the Lobby is quite a distance from the handicap parking. Once in the lobby to check-in, you must go back outside and use another outside ramp to access the elevator and ground floor rooms. Restaurant is also not easily accessible. Apparently there is a ramp but we never saw it. Opted for room service but the order never went through to the kitchen. Waited an hour and then I went to the restaurant and re-ordered our dinner. Staff were very helpful but the whole situation was frustrating. Air conditioning in the first room did not work. Maintenance came but couldn’t fix it. He helped change us to another room. Staff were very sympathetic but these issues were not something they had control over. Room was dated but as we were there only for one night. Beds were comfortable and the location made the drive downtown very easy."
