there was no ramp to bring luggage up to the lobby and from lobby to elevators. We booked joining rooms and one room had hair in tub and other room the water coming from shower was orange and cobwebs on lamps etc. The hotel itself was very tired and rooms were shabby needing a good cleaning. Entrance to hotel was very dirty, i.e. stairs approaching building. The bed was very comfortable. The people managing the desk were very congenial and accomodating.

Les photos de l'hotel sont un peu differente (exemple la piscine avec le dome nest pas aussi bien ammenager que laisse croire la photo. Le nettoyage nest pas parfait ,il y as des endroits poussiereux et l'air climatiser ne fonctionnais pas(mois d'aout) alors il fesait tres chaud !!! Je trouve que le prix est un peu trop elever

The room was 29 degrees and sweltering. My son injured himself in the room on the bed. He toe was sliced open on the sharp over hang from the bed frame. When notified staff of both of these concerns, i was provided the generic info@ email address to reach out. I did not receive a response after 2 follow up emails. I am not even looking for compensation, I was just hoping for acknowledgement of my concerns. Would never rebook based on customer service.
The bed frame overhands by about 2 inches on one side on the best closest to bathroom. This it the only edge that had overhang between the 2 beds

The property was safe, and the room was quiet. However, upon arriving at the room, there were two moist bath towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The AC worked very well, but it was rather noisy. Despite putting the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door, house cleaning staff entered the room while we were gone and made the beds, etc.
