- Accommodation: This property offers 1 Bathroom (Includes Laundry with front load washing machine) with separate toilet and 3 bedrooms, consisting of 2 Queen & 2 Single, sleeping a maximum of 6 guests. The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.
- Sorry Shed is unavailable for use.

Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements.
Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

Some renovation required... basically fine. There was no egg flipper or any BBQ tools... and we only cooked on the outdoor BBQ. Ceiling fan in one bedrm only and very noisy only one speed... other speeds dont work. Pedestal fan was inept. Yard needs attention. Suggest enlist neighbour as gardener as he was out doing other neighbours front yard out of boredom or perhaps being paid. Car shade would have been ideal...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house with a great verandah on two sides and polished boards throughout. Loved the spacious bathroom with door to access outside. Great for when you arrive back from the beach covered in sand. Hose off outside then straight into bathroom for a hot shower! Beach access was not far- next to neighbours house. Short walk to park. We enjoyed all the meals we had at the Woodgate Hotel. We will have to try the Bowling Club next visit. We also enjoyed attending the Art Festival concert night. We were enjoying our time so much we extended our time in the house. This was no problem for the First National Real Estate.

Reviewer Comments: My 30 nights stay at this property could be excellence if it was treated against small annoying ants, they are everywhere at kitchen: dishes and tables. I couldn't use chemicals to kill them as I am allergic with serious health issues. The most annoying was to have them at night in my bed, on my body, couldn't sleep at night because of them. Had to use anti insect roll applying by perimeter of my bedsheet and under my pillows to protect myself, but then got allergy to the strong smell of that roll. It could be good to clean properly or change shower door, it looks very dirty on the bottom. Also very strong smell of second hand furniture, I am very sensitive to smells. I tried to open all doors and windows as often as I could and use my parfume to get rid of it, but it still take over. Some frypans should go to rubbish, too bad for health. Meanwhile some dishes are good quality.

There was doghair on the outdoor furniture. We had some foul weather and a garage or carport would have been welcome. Overall though we enjoyed the layout and would probably rent again subject to availability and price.
