Just 1 flight of stairs to a Large, open space 2nd fl APT w/ enclosed front porch, seating & a lovely view of downtown Worcester, Kelly Square & the WooSox Polar Park. This apt has a 65” & 43” TV, f/WIFI, queen size beds, fully stocked kitchen, board games, everything you would need feel like home away from home. Walking distance or a short drive to the Canal District’s shops & restaurants, the Palladium, DCU center, colleges, universities & everything Woostah!

***Absolutely no smoking inside of the apartment , this will accrue an additional $199 Sanitizing and deodorizing fee***

Large, open and cozy apartment has three bedrooms, two of which has queen beds, nightstand with outlets for convenient smart devices charging. Full closet with hanger and plenty room for clothes. The other bedroom has a full and twin beds, also with nightstand and lamps, full closet with hangers. The living room and dining room is open dining room has tables and chairs for 6. The living room has a 65” TV, full couch with side tables, plenty of windows for natural light, an enclosed front porch with with plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Central heating and air conditioning.

The kitchen is spacious with a dining table, toaster oven, all in one coffee, tea and latte maker, microwave, crockpot, full knife set, full cooking set pots and pans, stove with oven, a refrigerator and a full size pantry.

Coffee ( regular & decaf), Tea, creamers, sugar, sweeteners and bottled water are always in stock for our guests.

The dining room has a table and six chairs. There is also a pool table/ game table with cards, chess, Uno, Dominoes and a poker set.

The living room has wide open space, a sleeper sectional with a 65” wall mounted TV with streaming service. There is WiFi throughout the apartment.

There is a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Free washer and dryer in the apartment and a propane grill with table and seating in the backyard.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised and very comfortable for my self, husband, MIL, and son whom we were dropping off at college. We had everything we needed. Neighborhood was slightly on the gritty side but was peaceful, quiet, and very safe. Bonus was watching the sun set out the living room window. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good. Nothing to brag about. The interior pictures did not not match the exterior of the property which was a little run down. However it did meet my needs in terms of location and space(number of bedrooms).

Such a beautiful place!!!

Arrived to a super easy check in and found a gorgeous apartment waiting for us. There is ample room which makes it feel much like home. The living room sets a scene for a warm glow as the sun is going down. It makes the entire room light up like golden hour. Everything you need to cook is there. Plenty of towels and blankets. Beds are comfy. I was very impressed with this place! I noticed it was an older home and spoke to Odean about the year built. This is one of the originals!! Had a small history lesson that left me appreciating it even more! Great hosts are quick to reply. Will be back in the future!!

Place was clean, updated, well stocked kitchen and located close to Kelly Square, the way the security cameras were relayed seemed a little more like they were being used to monitor us than for security of the property and we were surprised to learn there were devices for noise levels inside the apartment, but not really effected by it as we were just on a mothers and daughters get away. Nice area in the back for sitting outside. Only parking was street parking on a first come first serve basis. But we never had any issues parking close by. We would stay here again,

Location, Location, Location

This place is large & clean, and centrally located near Kelly Square/ Water St & Harding St restaurants/hipster area, with travel by car. We enjoyed dining @ Bocada, a Spanish paella restaurant, and Lock 50 is also nearby. I must say the steps leading up to the apartment were challenging, and the outside stoop needs some repair/grooves put into the cement and another hand rail.That being said, we were able to find parking on the block, and the shower was delightfully hot. This is nice for family/friends on a budget, and is also nearby Polar stadium for Wooster Red Sox games, or Wooster Institute of Technology.

Relaxing home away from home

The apartment was a perfect home base for our exploration of New England. Clean and close to the train to experience Boston. Take a rental car to Maine, New Hampshire, Providence, or Connecticut. The washer and dryer was a life-saver with my children!

Great place!

I was most appreciative that this place was extremely clean. Sheets smelled nice and the bathroom was clean. This is probably the most important thing to me when I stay at VRBO. Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. The only challenge that I would mention is that there are a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly with you, this may be a little bit difficult as the apartment is on the second floor and the steps are more than 6 inches high. I would stay here again!

Nice place

It suited our needs and wasn’t a far drive for all the places we went to while we were in the area. I didn’t realize it was an apartment so we did have some issues with the people above us running around and therefore it felt like a hotel in that aspect as I’m sure the people below us felt the same about us. Wouldn’t be opposed to possibly staying here again if ever in the area.

Ideal Home Base for Family Visit to Worcester Area

Great experience! Our family, including 3 children under age 10, visited Worcester for a wedding and were very fortunate to find this property. Served our needs perfectly over the course of a 5-night stay. Our host Odean was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great location

A great location to stay in the hills of Worcester. A 10 minute walk to the Polar Park to watch a WooSox game. Apartment is comfortable with a lot of space.
