I'll stay here again

Location is fantastic being a minute walk from train station. Bed is comfortable and I slept very well. Bed light switch unfortunately doesn't work and you couldn't control lighting from lying on your bed. Breakfast was okay Reception area could do with some brighter furniture that uplifts, the brown leader seats and tables were quite uninspiring. Staff were VERY helpful and I loved the "Green program" in the rooms to reduce unnecessary waste.

60th Birthday at Worcester Races

Great city centre location. Opposite Foregate Railway station. Stayed for 2 nights for my husbands 60th birthday. Handy for bars, restaurants and shops. Used the Hotel pool and spa. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Easy walk to Worcester Race Course.

A lovely trip, will stay again :)

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in May 2025. The staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable. We used the spa facilities which were clean, but a tad dated. The included parking was very convenient, and the location of the hotel is perfect (very central). We are already planning to stay again, and would recommend the hotel to others. Thank you for a lovely stay. :)

Just perfect for us

Just perfect for us. Impressive grand staircase and a beautiful display of gorgeous smelling flowers were the first things to hit the senses. We came into contact with 2 members of the reception staff who were so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in us as a family group. We were there with my elderly parents who were equally impressed with the staff helpfulness. The 2 barmen were also pleasant and friendly. We were attracted to the hotel as it was city centre with its own parking. Room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. We’d intended using the pool/gym but we didn’t get around to it as there was so much to do out and about. I can 100% recommend this hotel.

A good stay

Good stay. Beds comfortable. It was a hot day and the rooms were hot. Not much noise with windows open. There are lots of parking which cost £10 for overnight stay. Arrived at 3.30pm and were lots of parking spaces free. Good slef service breakfast. Staff were very nice.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel in a perfect central location with easy access on site parking. Spacious, comfortable rooms. We requested a quiet room, as I am a light sleeper and had a perfect, peaceful nights sleep. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Great stay

Great hotel, great location and the staff have been friendly fly and helpful with wonderful customer service. Room was comfortable and clean. Would be very pleased to stay again. Use of the leisure facilities was a nice treat.
