Great spot in town and not far from anything. Enjoyed the pool and hot springs! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and I loved the surrounding area. Very tranquil and serene, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town to make you feel like you were in an oasis.

This hotel has been around for years. Built in the late 70s. It was been well maintained and updated. The bed was super comfortable and it's a very quite hotel. As the walls are not paper thin. The shower pressure was amazing and the shower head is at very good height Very good basic free hot breakfast every morning. (Eggs, potatos, sausage, biscuits, gravy, plus all the other continental breakfast items) The Safari Club restaurant is also very good

The good thing about this hotel is on the site of the Wyoming Hot springs State Park, and walking distance to the pools. But it is a very old hotel. They were dead bugs on the window latches of my room. The AC was loud. I asked for an upstairs room but the staff was new and didn't know how to switch rooms that had already been assigned. The downstairs rooms have doors directly to the parking lot.

Loved the staff! Restaurant was great (shoutout to our waitress Jennifer, you were amazing!) Hotel was within walking distance to the hot springs and there was a river walk nearby. Hotel needs an update but was fine for a one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Large mini fridge was a bonus, the hot springs pool was fun, and the grounds were very nice and bordered The big Horn River. The entire area was state park land and nice to walk around.

No elevator. No warning that there was no elevator, which wouldn't have been a problem if we weren't traveling with someone who has difficulty with stairs. Carpet is stained. Bugs everywhere. Low shower head. Water temperature fluctuates wildly. I paid $138 via Expedia, but Google has the same from listed for $105. Still over priced.

The property is pretty old. Not sure if there are upgraded rooms but we are not in one of them. Unfortunately, the restaurant on site closed unexpectedly today and there seems to only be one restaurant in the downtown (One Eyed Buffalo) which was a very good brewery. This hotel is okay for staying a night while traveling through the area but definitely not a destination.

Motel 6 cleanliness with Holiday Inn price tag

Hotel is very dated, dark and generally felt VERY overpriced regardless of the season. $160 is what I paid and it felt like we stayed at a mid level Motel 6. Rooms had 2 full size mattresses instead of queens. Rooms could have been cleaner. It looks like one floor is getting some very minimal renovations, but everything on the second floor seemed to be original to the building. I see why they have been unable to maintain their Holiday Inn and Days Inn franchise names over the years. I doubt I will ever stay here again.

Old Holiday Inn that is out of date, and carpets worn and dirty. Door opens to parking lot and into hotel, but noisy when cars and trucks start. Feet got dirty when walking barefoot. Bathroom was not venting. Rooftop unit wasn't sucking any air.

I stayed here for work for the second time in the last couple of months. The only thing wrong is it needs updated. It’s clean we ate dinner there, meh it was ok, it was not bad it was an opened face hamburger sandwich. Will I stay here again, YES. It served its purpose for what I need in 12 hours. A clean bed to sleep in, a clean shower, a meal to fill my belly.
