Set in a quiet residential street, Park View has an unrivaled vista over Victoria Park from the large sunny living room.

Our newly refurbished first floor flat is the perfect base to explore Worthing as the beach and town centre are only a ten minute walk. Brighton is 20 minutes on the train - Worthing train station is close by.

Park View has been refurbished with restored original sash windows; the living room provides an amazing view over the Victoria Park. The flat has two bedrooms and we provide bedding and towels. There is an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer.

Victoria Park is opposite and has a lovely playground for children. We can supply a travel cot, highchair and stairgate.

Tesco Express is just around the corner along with some other local shops.

Nearby free on-street parking available.

Clean and comfortable

Very good location for us - near to friends we were visiting. Flat clean and beds very comfortable. Nice view of park from south facing front windows.

Many positives

Nice, leafy location and pretty central for visiting the town, seafront (about a mile to walk) and other neighbouring places by car. Shoreham by Sea, Littlehampton, Highdown Gardens very nice. Handy to catch a show in Brighton! Flat was very clean and had everything thoughtfully supplied. I don't want to be negative but there are a few things to mention. The key safe isn't very secure and it appears to be hanging off the wall (note for owners really) - plus, making it tricky to access. The TV remote was hit & miss - a contact problem with the button on the small remote. The double bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. There is a noise made by birds or squirrels - either outside the double bedroom window or within the loft - lots of scampering sounds during the night. If these issues were fixed the flat would be perfect!

Wohnung Viktoria Park

Die Lage der Wohnung war für mich zu weit weg vom Zentrum. Die Leute waren sehr nett, haben aber fast keine Information zur Wohnung abgegeben(sie waren schon in den Ferien). Der Eingang zur Wohnung war nur schmutzig. Der Hund in in der Wohnung unten hat sehr oft gebellt.
