Beachfront Studio with Pool

Located on the ground floor right next to the pool, this beachfront studio has lovely sea views of the sparkling waters of Worthing Beach from your patio and living area.

The decor is Caribbean styled with rattan furnishings and pops of colour. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sit up breakfast bar and an open plan design looking out over the living room to the patio. You can literally whip up your morning scrambled eggs while looking out at the ocean. What a way to start the day!

The covered patio has a casual dining area so you can enjoy eating overlooking the lush gardens, pool and ocean. The living area/bedroom is fully air conditioned with a double size bed and the private bathroom is located just around the corner from the living area.

Leith Court overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast of the island and offers a quiet oasis of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of the coast. The complex is gated and has a communal pool which was uniquely designed in the shape of a guitar! Shopping, restaurants and the famous St. Lawrence Gap are all within walking distance. Golf and other activities are 10 minutes away. A lovely retreat for couples or the solo traveller.

*Please note that no children or infants are allowed in this unit. Also, there are no parking spots for #15 at Leith Court and there are unfortunately no nearby public parking spaces

Very good location with beaches and a grocery store less than a 10 minute walk. Most restaurants at St. Lawrence Gap were within a 20 minute walk.The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The common space in the backyard and pool were well maintained. The were 16 loungers for 16 units so they were at a premium on occasion.We were a little disappointed, as an oven was advertised, however, the unit was equipped with countertop burners (which worked fine) and a toaster oven (which was at end-of-life having only the broiler element working effectively). Another observation was that the TV could not be powered on/off with the remote (sound and channels could be adjusted using the receiver remote). This deficiency was overcome by unplugging/plugging in the TV, as required.Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay at this unit.

Unit is well located in terms of activities, transport links , bars and restaurants. The facilities are modern and the grounds are well maintained. I stayed at Leith Court for 15 days. The beach was only 30 steps away. I loved every minute that i was there. The other tenants were all very polite. The location is perfect, it is close to everything. Restaurants near by, Esso, supermarkets, food court, night life, shopping. The only thing i thing needs to be done is to upgrade a few kitchen items like coffee maker, microwave, some utensils. Overall great stay and will for sure be coming back. Thank you for everything

Good value for the money

The suite itself was clean. Small appliances need to be upgraded: coffee maker was very old and dirty; I scrubbed it the best I cud prior to use . Sink stopper was broken - we reported it but it was not replaced. Kitchen needs new coffee mugs ! Only one mug and a couple small cups! The pool is very small but clean. The beach is not a swimming beach! Huge waves, rock leadges causing crashing waves! Big undertows so swimming is dangerous. Saw many turtles in the water daily! Small dingy grocery store across the road….don’t go there : go one street further to Massey’s ; cleaner, more variety: overall better ! Beach front- gorgeous scenery - quiet and peaceful: saw lots of hummingbirds and doves: gorgeous sunsets.

Perfect Location

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. The location is perfect as there are many food and entertainment options in walking distance. I swam with turtles every time I went out for a snorkel at the beach outside the condo building. The unit had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I'd definitely book it again.

Great location. Our third time to this area and although Keith court was familiar to us beachside of friends that have stayed there this was our first time. Everything was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. The beaches in the area have lost some sand over the last few years but we still will come back

Studio apartment on a beautiful beach

The studio leads out onto a lovely communal garden, which itself gives onto a beautiful beach where you can watch the sun set every day. The building is on a lively part of the coast with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
