Very disappointed - although it has the amenities as described in the listing, it is old and run down. The bed was so bad my husband slept on the floor which was scary in itself, the continual noise from the unit above kept us up most of the night, the drywall was damaged in several spots and in general the unit has been poorly maintained. The furniture is scarred up and the glassware and dishes had to be washed before they could be used. I reported all of this and got the AI generated response apologizing for our displeasure. We checked out the next morning and stayed at a hotel for the rest of our trip. The only follow up communication received was our Satisfaction Survey, nothing more about our stay. I expected more from Innsbrook, very disappointed.
