Overlook beautiful blue waters at this 2BR/2BA Oceanview Condo! Relax by the pool and cabana, play a game of tennis, or head to the beach. This condo has everything to offer for a fun and relaxing vacation!

A large and well-equipped kitchen offers direct views of blue ocean waters. The condos unique extended floor plan makes this open concept living area feel even more spacious. A full dining area leads into the large living room with bright and beachy décor. Plenty of space to gather for a movie after a long day at the beach!

Beautiful master bedroom featuring a king bed with ocean views and a private bathroom suite. Just down the hall is the second bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom off the hallway. Both bedrooms have their own tv’s allowing for your own personal getaway space. All throughout this condo you’ll encounter charming features and touches of classic beach style. It will be sure to provide the resort style beach vacation you’ve been searching for!

The Islander Resort offers guests an island experience like no other resort! Offering ocean views, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! Enjoy the gated beach path providing direct and easy access to our beautiful white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the waves crash, enjoy ocean breezes, and relax on island time while creating lasting memories with family and friends on your next Islander Resort vacation.

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

**Renovations may be underway in neighboring units in the offseason. Construction is allowed Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm during the off season**

**Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**

The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Lovely little spot on the beach

We loved stayed here, it was very peaceful and perfect proximity to the ocean. The condo was clean and really well stocked so we ended up not needing to use a lot of what we brought. The beds were comfy and came with linens already on. We would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our vacation!

Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, easy access and short walk to the beach.

We stayed for 4 nights, condo was very clean, check-in and check-out was easy. You were able to view the sunrise from the condo which rises over the ocean. The walk to the beach was short and easy. I would stay here again.

Escape to the Sea Condo

Perfect getaway for long weekend. Clean with extra touches for a relaxed escape. Ocean view and beach access can be seen from living room window. Special treat ocean view from bedroom window. We’re really glad we came here for our first visit to NC coast.

Fall Holiday

A first visit to Wrightsville Beach. We enjoyed the beauty of the beach and water. The unique city of Wilmington was a delightful experience. I had read a story in Southern Living about the area and decided, after attending a wedding in the DC area, we would make our 1st visit. We hope to return.

Nice beach vacation home with family

My husband and in-laws stayed here while they visited NC. The unit was very clean, well stocked and perfect for 4 adults to have their space. The beds were very comfortable. It is waterfront and has a nice view of the beach. It does not have a balcony to sit outside on but the living room looks over the pool and ocean and the windows open so you can hear the ocean while relaxing in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.

we enjoyed our visit, but needed to leaver he house from 8am- 5pm every day due to the construction. We didn't expect the level of noise. The condo is comfy but serious upgrades are needed in the bathrooms ( peeling paint, mildew)

Beautiful Condo overlooking the Ocean and Pool Area. Initial entry key pad is around by the handicapped door and not simply to the right of the main door. The place was clean and well appointed. Everything went smoothly and we were happy that the Tennis Court was also marked off for Pickle Ball.

Beautiful ocean views!

We enjoyed our stay! It was wonderful to look out the windows whenever we were in the condo and see the ocean. Perfect location! The condo was fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies. The only thing we could have used were more towels and wash cloths. 4 of each were provided and we had 4 people so I needed to wash towels and wash cloths frequently. Great location!

A bit tired

They were working on the balconies at the property and did give a notice of such. However it was very intrusive at 8 am and I told management we deserved a discount for those two days. Of course that was met with a negative.Kitchen was ok and was decently stocked. Keurig coffee maker was missing its filter. Towels were 1 per person for 4 days, so I advise you to bring your own. No washer in unit. Bathrooms are small.We did not use the pool but accessed the beach 3 of our 4 days. Weather was good for 2 days, poured rain for others.This unit was built with the balcony space enclosed so that the living room was larger. This suited us but would not be to everyone’s taste. You could not tell this from pictures.
