3BR, 3BA Townhouse sleeps 8. Easy access to the beach, close to shopping and dining, and recently updated. This is the perfect destination for your next Wrightsville Beach Vacation!

The perfect location for family and friends! Enjoy this beautifully furnished oceanfront duplex only a stone’s throw from the beach and close to Crystal Pier. The main floor has an updated kitchen, full bath, and open-concept living and dining area, all with ocean views. The deck off the living area has plenty of oceanfront seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a meal. The first of 2 King bedrooms is also located on this level. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bath. One of these bedrooms offers two Queen beds and a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap after a long day in the sun. You’ll find a spacious master suite with a King bed, full bath, and a private balcony with sweeping ocean and sound views. Close to local shops and restaurants including a coffee shop, surf shop, and the Oceanic Restaurant. Book your stay today and make lasting memories with friends and family!

Parking instructions:
Off street parking for 6 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

A wonderful Thanksgiving visit to Wilmington

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location and view are really wonderful. We would recommend that regular curtains be installed in the front main floor bedroom. Presently, they are shears that can be seen through at night. We wish the fireplace was available. We would definitely consider coming back.

Great location but overpriced for value

My family loved the location of this property. Unfortunately, we were faced with a number of issues with the unit that detracted from our overall stay: -Ant infestation -Sliding door was clogged with sand so could not be utilized -Wifi did not work thus TVs were virtually offline -Broken light fixture -Toilet ran continuously after every flush without manual intervention -Extra charges/fees for everything Overall, I was expecting the 5 star price point to come with 5 star quality, but felt more like an average beach rental. I understand every beach unit has its imperfections, but the issues with this unit were numerous and took time and energy away from my vacation.

Location Lovely, Manager Good but VRBO Support Not

I have used VRBO for several years, and have never had a problem until now. The location of this condo is oceanfront and beautiful! Unfortunately, the condition of the condo was disappointing
two of the bathrooms had tub fixtures in need of replacement. One failed and caused a water problem that required the shut off of water to the whole unit so we had to check out one day early. The property manager was responsive, but it has been over a month, and VRBO customer support has dropped the ball in refunding the accurate amount for the last day not stayed but prepaid. In the future, I may check to see if a property has it’s own management company in place before booking through VRBO.

Lovely rental

We were visiting Wilmington for the first time to attend my son‘s wedding. We wanted to be on the beach and we could not have been more grateful for this rental. More than served our needs. Location was truly amazing. The sunrise views were breathtaking. We were also very thankful to be able to walk to a restaurant and coffee shop. We would love to return for another stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The views were perfect- just right access to the beach and close to pier. Our property manager was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for a getaway. Hope to stay here again!

Coyote at Wrightsville Beach

This is an older property on the ocean front. Just a short walk to the beach. Bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the basic needs. The duplex is clean, with ample parking, and a decent view of the ocean. We did not use the supplied beach equipment or grill. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Family Beach trip

This was our first time to Wrightsville Beach. The house was just as described and everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The door code didn’t work on arrival, but the property manager was easy to reach and quickly remedied the issue (an electrical storm that swept through shortly before we arrived apparently caused the problem). The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of places for clothes, luggage, etc. The living space was plenty roomy and comfortable for our group (3 adults and 2 children). We really appreciated the beach toys, chairs and cart. There is an outside shower and hose that was conveniently located. The only thing that stops me from a 5 star rating is the location. The house is very close to a very popular public access. There’s a large public parking lot and changing rooms a stones throw away. While we didn’t expect a private beach, just be aware that it gets crowded early. We learned quickly that we needed to get down and set up our chairs before 8 am if we wanted a spot close to the house. But overall, the properly is very nice and just as pictured. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed our time at Wrightsville Beach tremendously!

Splendid Spring Break!

Location! Location! Location!

This condo was in the perfect location. We were able to walk out onto the beach, walk to the Oceanic restaurant for dinner, and to the coffee shop across the street. It was small but clean and fully stocked. The most important gift was that we could bring our dog Ozzie
 who also loved the beach.
