Spacious 3BR Townhome 1 Block to Johnnie Mercers!

“White” is a comfortable townhouse located less than a block from the beach access and Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. This nicely appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is decorated with comfort in mind with a slight retro twist! This home is welcoming and provides a fantastic floor plan for families to enjoy the beach. Stroll down to the beach, local shops, and restaurants with ease – you can’t beat this location!

As you enter “White” you will instantly be welcomed into the space. This end unit has large windows that let in natural light and spills into the living room which overlooks the dining and kitchen area to give a great space for families to gather. Snuggle up on the cozy sectional sofa and watch a movie with loved ones or venture to the deck to relax in the sea breeze. Granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances add to the clean feel of the house and offer all the necessary utensils to prepare a home cooked meal. Down the hall past the kitchen is a hall bathroom that connects with the twin guest bedroom.

Upstairs you will find the spacious primary suite and third guest room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized bed and is complete with a private balcony and a bathroom. Down the upstairs hall is the third guest bedroom which has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. There is a laundry room in the upstairs hallway for added convenience.

There front of the home that offers an ocean view and outdoor dining area. Located on the corner of The Loop, a 2.5-mile paved pathway around neighboring Harbor Island and downtown Wrightsville Beach. This is a wonderful place to relax in the sun and watch all the action.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles. There is a carport that can accommodate 1-2 vehicles with covered parking.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Carport, Outdoor Shower, Keyless Entry, Ocean View.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Overall i was pleased with the property. The location was perfect. I really liked the outdoor shower.The kitchen was very tight, only enough space for one person. The bathtubs did not drain well and the fixtures are old and should be replaced. Also, the trash cans were full, and it looked like they had not been put to the curb in quite a while. This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. The floors on the first floor were also so dirty (my baby’s feet were black from walking around). This just made me question the cleaning of the place a bit. The property manager building is just outside the unit which was convenient when our heat never turned on the night we got there and set it. They came very quickly in the morning and got that fixed.

Hardly worth the money I paid

Not worth what I paid. Plus, the next tenant was allowed to check in early and as we were checking out before 10:00, there were two golf carts rented by the new tenant checking in, who left them there blocking our car in the garage. Took us 20 minutes to get the carts moved. Roaches, off and on WIFI, gave us wrong code on check-in, etc. I’ve stayed in Wrightsvile every year for over a decade. I’ll stay home before I rent this unit again.

Good property, faulty check-in

Property is as described in the website. Beautiful, spacious & great access to the beach. There was barely any ocean view from the deck. One would hope for the check-in process to be smooth but I was never sent any information until we arrived there. The door code sent was faulty. So we had to walk to the property management office to get help as no one answered the phone. The staff is friendly & helpful. She walked us to the condo but had to go back for another different door code, as her’s didn’t work either. Check-in was lengthy & painful!
