Great location, needs a facelift
We enjoyed the beautiful view from this house. The pool was clean and refreshing. Our disappointment revolved around the worn and dated furniture, especially the bedding. The mattresses were comfortable but the bedspreads, pillows and mattress covers are old. Some were stained. One pillow was covered in hair and the pillowcase had a tear.The kitchen was clean but shows a lot of wear and tear in the sink and countertop. The grill was so filthy that it was unusable. The washer, dryer and dishwasher are old and very loud. Someone left a half-full cocktail at the pool and the furniture was moved around like there had been a recent party. One of the plastic rockers was cracked at the connection points for both arms. There is major water damage to the ceiling in the main level bedroom and the furniture in that room has surface damage due to putting down a drink without using a coaster. This look does not fit the proThere was an ironing board but we could not find an iron. The leasing office was quick to bring us a new one.All in all it was a nice stay in this house but I expected a much more updated interior considering the price we paid for the week.
