Tide Down - Classic 4 bedroom beach house with wrap around porch

Tide Down is a fantastic, classic, beach cottage that will provide an incredible vacation for your group. The home boasts plenty of parking, a large porch with ocean views, is located on a direct beach access road, and sleeps 16!

Go up the flight of stairs to enter the home on the main level. This level has all the living space, 1 bedroom, and 1 half bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and is off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and serving utensils to have a nice meal in! There is seating at the kitchen counter that overlooks and is open to the dining room. The dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Off of the dining room is the living room. The living room has multiple couches for movie night and a large flat screen TV. Exit the living room to the fantastic street side, and an ocean view front porch. Enjoy a meal outside, a cup of morning coffee, or unwind after a long day at the beach on this fantastic porch.

From the living room, proceed upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, and half bath. Immediately in front of you at the top of the stairs is a bedroom with 1 queen bed. To the left of this bedroom is a room with 2 queens and 1 twin bunkbed. The final bedroom is to the left of this bedroom and also has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bunkbed, as well as a half bathroom. To the right of the top of the stairs, is the full bathroom with a large shower.

Downstairs on the ground level of the house is the Washer/Dryer, as well as a large private shower area. This is the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach; the shower area is inside with 2 shower heads. Also downstairs, you will find access to the beach equipment storage area for you to store your personal beach items. This home also has plenty of parking, both under the house and in the driveway to the left. Room for 3 SUVs or 4 sedans.

- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.

- Summer Season Friday check-in only.
- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 2 night minimum.
- Parking for 3 - 4 cars only (driveway to left of property is available for larger vehicles)
