Incredible house! Beautiful front porch with comfortable seating overlooking the intercostal. Short walk to amazing wrightsville beach. Well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook dinners in at night. Great communication from owner. Clean and well decorated. We will definitely be back!!!

Did not start out great. Key code malfunctioned and could not get in, then shower head in master fell off wall on first use. But response was good and both fixed quickly. Did not like "no beach towels". Are we supposed to fly down from CT with beach towels? Or buy them locally? It just gives off a 'cheap' sense of the place, which I find troubling with the rates at what they are.

Great view, for sure, and there is public access to the sound right across the street. The beach is a short walk down the street the other way!The property management was WONDERFUL during our stay. We needed a stock pot to cook shrimp and they brought us a new one.

Perfect little beach house

This beach house was perfect for me and my three teens. It’s very nicely renovated, clean, and in a great location. There are lots of beach chairs and toys, too. And the sunset on the porch is beautiful. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed our time at this house. Location is great to walking to the inlet and beach, restaurants and coffee shop. Clean and updated home. We had a perfect vacation at this house. Definitely would rent again if in Wilmington!

Great unit at super location.

Wonderful and clean middle unit right off the sound in across the street from the beach. The place was very well equipped, and a good size for an extended family vacation The property manager was quick to respond and easy to work with. Only Slight complaint were the hard beds. I would book this place again!

Overall stay was good and as advertised, however we had two service dogs and were told once there (on Saturday) that the owner was allergic and we needed to leave immediately. there was a terrible storm that day so was not possible. We were scheduled to leave the next day anyway. My advice is if deathly allergic to something don't rent your house out. No issue with the actual place. Clean and in a nice location.

Great find in south beach, Wrightsville

Place was great find for us. The location was super close to Oceanside and Southside surf shop and the pier. We enjoyed surfing, jet skiing, and beach going for the week. Loved the place and had a great stay. If I had just one piece of constructive criticism it would be vent the laundry room. That room which is downstairs (outside the unit/shared) was smoking hot whenever the dryer was on which made me think the vent for the dryer has come loose.

I had to email the property manager for the access code 2 days before my arrival. I think a 4pm check in is too late but we arrived promptly only to find the code didn’t work. Took us 30 mins to reach manager bc we kept getting voicemail, when we reached her she was clueless and it took her another 30 mins to get us the right code. I was expecting to find the WiFi information inside, and as an international traveler I depend on WiFi. It took another 4 hours before I was able to get the password, manager said she usually sends the information when guests are in, makes no sense, it should be posted and readily available upon entry. House was clean but the living room furniture is covered in dog hair. The space is way smaller than I expected and I definitely paid to much based on current price drops. Listing says washer and dryer, manager never told me where it was..it is actually in a dirty little room below. This is a middle unit so you have people living above and below you. I was told I had 3 parking spaces but I was not clear where they were, tenant upstairs told us we were in his space and clarified where we could park.
