The amazing views from a porch littered with places to sit, eat, and play might make you want to stay outside, but the huge vaulted ceilings with skylights in the living room and wide-open kitchen will make your indoor time equally fun. All this from one of the best locations in Wrightsville Beach, in the quieter and more peaceful north end
 your hardest decision will be where to take your coffee.

Parking instructions:
Plenty of parking for six or more cars, depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. A Wedding Weekend Getaway

Rented the house for several family members for a wedding in the area. The house was perfect in every way. The views, the amenities, the location, just to name a few. Would definitely return!

Wedding Trip

Our family flew here from Texas to celebrate the wedding of our niece. We all love the beach and ocean so this location was perfect....just a short stroll away. The house was lovely with lots of big windows to view the ocean and lots of light making it bright and cheery and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils , pots and pans As for sleeping.... I usually have back pain at night but the mattress there was so supportive and comfortable I had no pain any of the nights there...a miracle for me! I would heartily recommend this home for rental! My only disappointment was that it wasn't summer although I didn't let that stop me from plunging into the surf in November, briefly.

November Wedding

We stayed at this property for my son’s November 2020 wedding and it was the perfect place for our family. Beautiful ocean views and a wonderful open concept that was great for entertaining. I would highly recommend!

Perfect beach house for my family vacation

My family and I had the best time. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and then some. We made a lot of meals and the kitchen was great! My nephews played ping pong from sun up to sun down. We all loved our stay.

Ocean Perch Summer 2020

Great house and location. Spacious and well appointed for group of 10 family members celebrating several milestones. Some of the beach equipment sparse/in bad condition (shelter broken, chairs damaged, inoperable bike locks), but minor inconveniences that did not tarnish the experience. Would definitely return!

Our stay

This was a great place to stay. We had 13 in our party and had plenty of room. Those of us who did not want to go to the beach was able to sit on the porch and another adult stay on the beach and the children could go back and forth from the beach and be watched when they came to get drinks, towels, etc without running the adults all day. Everything was provided that you needed. Plenty of room. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Only suggestion is to provide a few more kitchen towels/dish cloths and a sharper knife. But it was a great place to stay.
