The Space:
The studio is decorated in a stylish and elegant way. The mustard-beige elements blend perfectly with the grey décor. It can accommodate a maximum of two people, so it is ideal as an option for couples or solo travellers. There is a double double bed, which can be split into two smaller beds if required. In preparing a delicious meal, the induction hob located in the kitchenette will certainly come in handy. An oven with a microwave function or a blender can be of additional assistance. You won't have to worry about washing up either, the studio is equipped with a dishwasher. On warmer days, you can enjoy your coffee, brewed in advance in the available coffee machine, on the studio's balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the river. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and a set of welcome toiletries. The studio is suitable for people working remotely - in addition to a desk, there is access to a free high-speed WiFi connection. Additional multimedia equipment includes a TV with SmartTV+ function and a connectable monitor. The flat is air-conditioned. There is no parking space attached to the studio.

The Neighborhood:
The building is located a short distance from the centre of Wrocław on Na Grobli Street. A few dozen metres away is the bank of the Odra River. The nearest marina can be reached in a few minutes. It is an ideal place for people who appreciate peace and quiet and at the same time want to enjoy the charms and attractions of a big city. The area offers numerous green spaces for recreation. You can take a pleasant walk along the bank of the Odra River and reach the nearby Rakowiec Forest within a dozen or so minutes. A six-minute walk is enough to see the nearby Hydropolis. In addition, the area is characterised by a multitude of beach bars where you can sit down, enjoy a delicious drink and take in the beauty of Wrocław's nature. By car, it takes less than five minutes to get to the famous Panorama Racławicka, as it does to the Old Town Square. The neighbourhood is very well connected and connected to the rest of Wrocław - the nearest bus stop Okólna is two minutes from the flat.
