Cons: 1. Bringing a tiny dog cost us 100PLN/night, rather hefty. 2. The messages we received were disastrous. The masseuse had no strength when pressing. At the end of the session, instead of gently waking the guest up, she almost yelled. This is experience from both me and my partner. A waste of money. 3. On the room key holder, it's stated (in Polish only) 10% discount is offered for massages and hotel restaurant from Sunday to Thursday. At check out, I was billed full amount. After asking, the receptionist changed the bill to include the discount. Kind of feel like they're trying to fool you. 4. There's only one bottle in the shower for shampoo+shower gel combination. Pros: 1. Parking on site was cheap, 40PLN for a day. And there're plenty of free street parking close by. 2. Facilities were very fresh and tastefully designed. 3. Food from the hotel restaurant is fantastically delicious and good looking, at good prices. 4. The spa facilities were well maintained and has all we needed, a steam sauna, a dry sauna and a bubble pool. Not too many guests were using them when we were there.

Mediocrity for a 5 Star Hotel.

The staff was cold I would definitely not call them rude but they were far from friendly. If your an international travel expecting their to be usb outlets, there are none. Reception does not have any converters. We had two rooms mine were missing all the towels which may have been a mishap because we asked for rooms next to each other and they had to change our rooms to accommodate. They mistakenly had a charge for breakfast under one our rooms but took it off after taking time to check to confirm we did not actually go. Personally I would book something else if I had to choose again. They do have a lovely spa with sauna and jacuzzi. A lounge room with billiards.
