Disappointed!

There was no reply to my email written 4 days before arrival. I didn’t receive email regarding key etc. I had to call them once in Wrocław, it took long time to wait for an answer. It was difficult to find front door, not clear instructions. The lift was not working and I had to take a large suitcase to the 3rd floor then after 2 nights bring it down. The floors were not properly cleaned (dust and bits on the floor). Mattress was hollow when sat down, must be very old! Blond to balcony couldn’t be closed. There was no tea towel nor paper towels in the kitchen area. Otherwise, good spot, convenient for public transport.

Hidden gem

Apartment was in a fantastic location. Only a few minute walk to the square. It also had a little bakery and shop round outside which was very convenient. The apartment itself was very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short weekend away. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Flot lejlighed på perfekt beliggenhed

Det var svært at gennemskue hvordan man skulle få adgang til lejligheden på trods af mail korrespondancen og parkeringen var svær at finde; men personalet vi kunne ringe til var hjælpsomme. Lejligheden ligger centralt og et meget hyggeligt sted med altan ud til et hyggeligt parkområde. Det var en stor, flot nyrenoveret lejlighed , som vi vil leje fremover, når vi er i Wroclaw .
