Excellent stay

The hotel staff were really helpful. We arrived really late and our luggage was lost at the airport. They lent us chargers and gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room had a gorgeous view of the castle. It was a central location; about 10min walk into town along the river.

Good location to restaurants and activities. 2 issues stood out. The on site parking is ridiculous (spaces way too small to open car doors). Also, front desk did not tell us to keep our parking ticket upon check in. Also, the daily room service came to the door at 9:00am. We were still getting ready for the day and they did not come back to clean the room. Overall good stay,

They gave us room so far from the main activities of Hotel getting in and out of hotel is very uncomfortable, especially went you are traveling long period. It like the room didn’t used for long time, regarding cleanliness. Room 100s are sprit level you have to carry bag for about 6-7 steps.

Hotel was very clean. A bit expensive compared the nearby hotels. Rooms are very well sound proofed there was a city marathon with very loud music and people right outside, almost unnoticeable. Room AC turns itself off and is limited to barely doing anything. I hated the pillows, but I also didn’t request new ones, maybe they had more options.
