Our vacation rental “Luv” was newly completed in February 2022 and offers space for 2 people on the first floor in a comfortable 71 square metres.

It’s located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes’ walk from the North Sea beach and the picturesque fishing harbour on the Wremer Deich.
This modern, light-filled apartment on the upper floor of the building features an open-concept, spacious living and dining area with a sofa set and a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a fully equipped new built-in kitchen, including a dishwasher.

A special highlight of the apartment is the 18-square-meter sunny rooftop terrace, offering a magnificent view of the dike.
Here, you can unwind while taking in the stunning view and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

The living area features a cozy corner sofa, a smart TV, and a compact stereo system. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. The separate bedroom is equipped with a large upholstered bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser, as well as a Smart TV. The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
A modern kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and eat together!
It is, of course, fully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, as well as numerous appliances—such as a dishwasher
, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and hand mixer—just as you’d expect at home.

An iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and hair dryer are also available.
Bed linens and dish towels are provided. Towels can be booked for an additional fee of €8 per person. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in an adjoining room.

Access to the apartment is flexible via a key safe. A designated parking space is located directly in front of the building. A wallbox (Type 2 plug) is available for a fee to charge your electric car. Billing is based on actual consumption.

Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked in the covered entrance area and charged free of charge.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
