Rooms are clean but the staff has limited English and can help with tourist recommendations, ie restaurants, tours, etc

Very Old Chinese Style Hotel
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HotelsMy room is stinky and noisy. There is a machine turning on all day. Food smell all around my room. Disastrous.
Using the brand Sheraton doesnt mean quality. The restaurant does not have much food available. Have 4 bottles of black pepper but no salt. Black pepper only 10% filled. It is very impolite to ask us to pay at the start of the main course and I had to turn down. This was annoying and I expect better for a 5* hotel.
Terrible experience. Staff training is needed.
