Welcome to Wye Vista, a contemporary three-bedroom beach house ideally situated in the vibrant heart of Wye River. This stunning property boasts ocean views from most rooms, offering a serene retreat just a few minutes' walk from the beach—perfect for families, couples, or groups.

Wye Vista comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, with two queen-sized beds and five bunk beds, including two sets of bunks with a double on the bottom of one of the bunks. The main level includes a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, and vanity, plus a separate toilet. Downstairs, you'll find an additional toilet and shower in the laundry area.

Lovely property with great views of the ocean. Very comfortable stay. Aside from some tears in the couches and a proper vacuum needed, particularly under the beds, we really enjoyed our stay.

I’m sorry but the place wasn’t clean ,sofas are all ripped ! Bed sheets didn’t seem clean to me .i took my own but my friends all got itchy after sleeping on those sheets. My daughter dropped something and went under the sofa ,I can’t even describe the amount of dust that I saw . Charging that much for that place was a bit too much .

Picturesque and well equipped

Thanks for a lovely stay! Booking and check in was easy, location is beautiful, the house is comfortable and well equipped, and the only real downside was that the pool table was out of order. This didn't affect our stay though and we'd be more than happy to stay here again.

Great Stay at Wye Vista 😁😁

THE PROPERTY worked well for us. It was great that the property could be entered from the lower end of the decking meaning no steps - important for myself. My cocker spaniel enjoyed the view from the secure decking. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning As well as the beach we enjoyed walks in the area Thank you ANNE
