This historic townhouse, with approximately 80 square metres of living space, is located in the heart of Wyk and was lovingly converted into a vacation home in 2017. Wyk’s main beach and the idyllic town centre are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The vacation home (non-smoking and no pets allowed) is high-quality and comfortably furnished. It accommodates four people. On the first floor, there is a small, cozy living room with two comfortable two-seater sofas, a TV armchair, and a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and radio/CD player. The new, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. Also located here is Bedroom 1 with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe. A light-colored wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a small, bright loft area that’s perfect for relaxing.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a second TV, and a walk-in closet.
Behind the living room is the south-facing terrace, which is equipped with an awning and patio furniture. The annex also houses Bathroom 1 with a shower/toilet and a top-loading washing machine. The dryer is located in the other part of the annex (accessible from the outside). An assigned parking space is located to the right of the house.
