Zentrale Lage

Pros: Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr gut was die Erreichbarkeit der Parks und Museen in Xanten betrifft. Ebenfalls die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen (geschmackvoll und hochwertig). Die Vermieterin ist telefonisch gut erreichbar. Cons: Das WLAN war die drei letzten Tage ungenügend (Unterbrechungen).

mooi appartement ideaal voor 3 a 4 personen lekker dichtbij centrum

Pros: dichtbij het archeologisch park, op loopafstand, eigen patio rustig, ruime douche Cons: lag aan een doorgaande straat veel (werk)verkeer. wat ik persoonlijk jammer vond is dat er geen voorzieningen c.q. aangebracht voor mindervaliden dat zou de verhuur potentie verhogen.

Pros: In zeer rustige omgeving gelegen, van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Komen hier nog eens terug Cons: ------
