The JARDIN II building is a tall construction with a lift located in the CENTRE and commercial area of Xeraco beach, on Peixqueters street No. 8, just forty metres from the fine sandy beach.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with three bedrooms with ceiling fans, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), independent kitchen with dishwasher, with exit to the gallery-laundry room, comfortable living room with exit to a wide terrace facing South-East with fabulous SEA VIEWS. Includes covered parking space.

Apartment is ideal for spending fantastic family holidays, located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure areas and less than 100 metres from the pharmacy, medical centre and tourist office.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table.

PETS ALLOWED with maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night)

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
