Very good location. Hotel is a little bit old but well maintained. The room was clean with a good comfort level. Buffet for lunch is good. Breakfast buffet is just ok if you want western food.

The hotel is located in the center of Xi'an, adjacent to the famous attractions such as the wall, bell tower, Hui Street, etc. The surrounding entertainment, shopping center, culture and art street, and the characteristics of the hotel are all very welcome. Snack Street, shopping, entertainment is very convenient. Look forward to your visit again!

Publié le 17 mai 2014 sur HotelsChambre parfaite, très bien équipée et spacieuse, sans doute la meilleure lors de mon voyage en chine. Par contre le personnel n'a pas l'air très habitué à recevoir des voyageurs individuels et le check-in s'est très mal passé. 40 min de palabres pour obtenir le petit déjeuner inclus dans ma réservation. L’hôtel est envahi de groupes et case ressent également pour la petit déjeuner, salle bondée et qualité moyenne. Très bon Emplacement en centre ville, même si certain hôtels sont plus proches des monuments.

Contre : le personnel de l'accueil
Emplacement : à 15 min à pied du souk
Hôtel à 15 min à pied du centre
Personnel de l'accueil pas très acceuillant, contrairement au concierge Jack qui est adorable.
Le petit déjeuner et le buffet du midi est copieux et très peu cher
Les chambres sont spacieuses, salle de bains moderne.
Il ne manque que la piscine

Everything here is so grand! Service was superb. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast I've had in a Hotel. Hotel was super helpful in organising a taxi for us to the Airport.

夜遅く(午前3時ごろ)のチェックイン・チェックアウトにもかかわらず、スムーズに手続きできました。
フロントスタッフは自動翻訳機を持っています。
私たちのほかにも日本人のツアー客がいました。
タクシーでホテルに行くには漢字でかかれたホテル名のバウチャーを見せると大丈夫です。
朝食もおいしく満足できました。
