I recently booked an executive suite based on the appealing photos showcasing a beautiful view. However, upon checking in, I was informed by the front desk that the room I had booked was not available. After consulting with a supervisor, they informed me that the room was now available, but it did not offer the promised view displayed in the room details. To my disappointment, the supervisor explained that the photo in the room details was actually taken from a bar within the building and was unrelated to the room itself.
Furthermore, when I entered the room, I immediately noticed that the trash cans had not been cleaned, and there was a strong odor resembling urine near the door. This lack of cleanliness was disheartening and added to my overall negative experience during check-in. However, I must acknowledge that the location of the hotel is quite pleasant.
In summary, my check-in experience was unsatisfactory due to the unavailability of the promised room with a view, the misleading photo in the room details, and the cleanliness issues within the room. Nonetheless, I appreciate the hotel's desirable location.

Convenient location right next to Pagoda and many food & shopping options nearby. Very friendly and caring staff, allowing us to check in in the morning into an upgraded and very spacious room. The only thing that lacks slightly back behind the high hotel standard is the swimming pool with a little outdated facilities and sombre atmosphere. The hotel offers free entrance into the art museum attached which is worth a visit e.g. after enjoying the rich and tasty breakfast.

Dark poorly lit corridors rooms considerable distance away from reception poorly signposted
