This establishment has a good standing. Workers care well the guède but the communication is very dificulta. Workers don’t speak Inglish.

For instance, we have started the English training program for all of our employees. Belle décoration moderne. Bien situé. Insonorisation correcte. Chambre vaste et agréable. Le seul point négatif: le portier de l'hôtel qui a un arrangement avec des taxis malhonnêtes...

Good but can be better

Everything was great except 1 minor point. The air con wasnt working so i was uncomfortable the first night. I gave feedback to hotel staff and they said they cnanot adjust due to centralised system. They tried to help but putting a portable air flow machine in the room. It did help the situation but i could not quite understand why the air con wasnt working in the first place. The air coming out from the room is literally hot air. Should have just paid a bit more for 5 star hotels.

Sorry for that we didn't give you a perfect stay. In fact, the hotel's air conditioning is not broken. The date of your stay is also the municipal heating date of Xi 'an, so the air conditioning of the hotel is in heating mode.If you feel that the room is hot, you can let us know in time, and we can add a fan or air cooler and a thin quilt to your room to alleviate the heat. This hotel is in a fantastic location for first time visitors. There is plenty of things to see and places to eat nearby. Very clean and lovely space and friendly staff!!

Wonderful hotel where staff was amazing and restaurant was really good! Even if staff don’t speak English they do their own best!!
