The Space:

Casa Bonita is a beautifully presented 2-bedroom villa located in the peaceful Los Alisios area on the western side of Playa Blanca. With a private heated pool, hot tub, pool table, mini golf, and lovely sea views, it offers a wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday.



Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall which leads through to the comfortable open-plan living area. The lounge features comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a wide selection of satellite channels, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring the island.



The lounge flows naturally into the fully equipped kitchen and utility area, providing everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.



Casa Bonita's outdoor space is undoubtedly one of its highlights. Beautifully established gardens surround the villa, with carefully placed lighting creating a lovely atmosphere during the evenings. Comfortable outdoor sofas provide the perfect spot to relax with a drink, while the large built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area are ideal for enjoying long al fresco meals in the warm Canarian climate.



The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and benefits from solar heating throughout the year. An outdoor heated shower adds extra convenience, while pool towels are provided for your stay.



For those looking for a little extra fun and relaxation, the villa also features a private hot tub, pool table, and a 4-hole putting green. A raised viewing platform offers a wonderful place to sit and enjoy sea views across the Bocaina Strait towards Fuerteventura.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool terrace, where a small seating area provides a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom is configured as a twin room but can be arranged as a super king on request, offering flexibility for different groups.



Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning, while the indoor dining area also has air conditioning for added comfort. An additional sofa bed is available within the dining area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements when required.

Casa Bonita is located in the peaceful Los Alisios area of Playa Blanca, offering a relaxed setting away from the busier parts of the resort while still being within easy reach of local amenities.



The vibrant Faro Park area, with its selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops, is approximately a 20-minute walk away and is a popular spot for enjoying relaxed evenings close to the sea.



The centre of Playa Blanca is around a 10-minute taxi ride from the villa, where you'll find beautiful sandy beaches, a wide range of restaurants and bars, seafront shopping, and the resort's lively promenade.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special. Please ask for details.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
