Access to the apartment is via a secure communal entrance from the main street, followed by a private apartment entrance. Please note that once inside the building, access to the apartment is via a flight of stairs, as there is no lift



The Neighborhood:

Located in the very heart of Playa Blanca, this apartment enjoys an unbeatable beachfront position overlooking the original town beach and placing you right at the centre of the resort’s vibrant atmosphere. Step outside and you’ll find the promenade, a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, seafront shops, and local amenities all just moments away.



It’s the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy the beach, dine out, and experience the lively charm of Playa Blanca without needing to travel far, everything is quite literally on your doorstep.



As with any property in such a central and lively location, there can be some noise, particularly during the evenings. A nearby bar hosts live music most nights, usually until around midnight, adding to the resort atmosphere. Guests looking for a vibrant, central base are likely to love the location, while those seeking complete peace and very early nights may wish to consider this before booking.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is right on your doorstep, from the beach to a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars, making it easy to enjoy Playa Blanca without needing a car.



Taxis are readily available and affordable, while Lanzarote’s well-connected bus network offers a convenient way to explore further afield.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery if required.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Fantastic Apartment

We travelled to Playa Blanca many times and always used hotels, so this was our first apartment experience, wow it was fabulous, excellent location overlooking the main strip and beach. It was fantastic sitting in the apartment looking at the sea and people walking by. So close to restaurants and shops. It was so clean and cleaning staff so friendly.Definitely fantastic and we will be back.

What a view!

A clean, comfortable apartment in a terrific location overlooking the beach. We didn't need a TV, we sat in the window watching the world go by. Don't be put off about there being no balcony, the huge windows open so it is just like a balcony. I can't think of anything, it had everything we needed.

We loved this apartment. Would definitely return.

The view was stunning. Central to the whole resort. Appreciated the water and wine left for us. We're not late night folk and so we're glad that the music stopped at midnight in the Irish bar next door. We realised it would be noisy, others were enjoying their holidays too. Not terribly disruptive really. We had to buy some tall cava glasses and extra toilet rolls. A small soap for the shower would've been handy also. But we appreciated the water and bottle of wine that was left for us.

Great position

We always love playa blanca and this apartment is in the perfect position. It has plenty of room and lovely views. Lighting in the bedroom is poor even with all the lights on it’s difficult to see to use mirrors etc. There are no electric plugs available near a mirror in the bedroom so drying hair, make up is only possible in the bathroom which isn’t always convenient. The bin for toilet paper in the bathroom, in my opinion, should have a lid and extra plastic bags in both toilet and kitchen would be helpful (there was one in the kitchen).

Splendida location a Lanzarote

La location si trova nel centro di Playa Blanca vicinissima alla passeggiata a mare molto frequentata dai turisti e piena di attività commerciali, ristoranti, bar negozi di tutti i generi. E' a 2 passi dal porto dove poter prendere il traghetto per andare a Fuerteventura. L'appartamento ha una vista mare impagabile, bellissimo appartamento, molto pulito con una cucina attrezzatissima, c'è perfino la lavatrice. Wi-Fi molto performante, TV con canali satellitari in tutte le lingue. Il referente che gestisce la location è molto disponibile pe ogni esigenza. Assolutamente consigliato.

Perfect location

Apartment just in town center with stunning ocean view and front beach, confortable and with all services. Our personal assistant Pam was helpful and very professional. We enjoyed the very long beachfront path, the restaurants and the many shops nearby. Fantastic location to chill out and enjoy life!

Just perfect!

Waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves is wonderful. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although there is no balcony, it is not a problem as the windows fully open. You are almost on the beach! I can't really think of anything ,although a sandwich toaster like we had in apartment 2B would have been great.

Great location and views

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, the location is perfect and views to match. Right on the seafront in the center of the old town, you can enjoy walks both ways. Value for money and well looked after, would definitely recommend. Possibly a handrail in the shower and a non slip mat, nothing too drastic

Perfect location with beach, shops and restaurants close by. Bed and pillow very hard and a little noisy from the apartment above., otherwise a most enjoyable stay.
