Entering the villa you are welcomed in to the hallway which to the right leads to the kitchen, lounge and then to the left it leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Starting with the bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, plenty of wall robe space and an en-suite bathroom.



The Space:

Starting with the bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, plenty of wall robe space and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is a twin bedroom again with a bedside cabinet, reading lamp and plenty of wardrobe space.

The kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday and is equipped to a standard you would expect with this beautiful villa. Including, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of glassware, crockery and cutlery.

The lounge has a large wide screen Tv with Iptv system in place, which gives plenty of Uk, French, Spanish & German channels (including Bbc, Itv, Sky, Sky Sports & Sky Movies). There is also a Dvd player (DVD’s not supplied).

From the lounge you can walk out to the terrace and pool area. There is plenty of room for sun bathing on the sun beds or even having a Bbq and enjoying some Al Fresco dining.

The private pool is electrically heated and is approximately 8m x 4m in size. Perfect for cooling down on those hot Lanzarote days.

Residential Zafiro is only a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Faro Park and there is a regular bus service which runs in to Playa Blanca. Alternatively for the more active guests, it is possible to take a leisurely walk to the nearest beach or into Playa Blanca or even Marina Rubicon along the promenade and enjoy some sea air and stunning sea views.

All in all, Villa Helena is a beautiful property set in a great location in Playa Blanca, perfect for couples or families.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

Hot Tub: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.

Airport Transfers are available both Shared and Exclusive. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

Car Hire. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

Where To Eat. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his Bbq packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

A Welcome Pack consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

Please Note: All payments are taken in Gbp and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.
