Beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa. Newly decorated. Sleeps from 2-12 people

Beautifully finished to a very high standard with its own private heated swimming pool and pool table in a peaceful location. 15 mins walk from the town centre of Playa Blanca where you’ll find all shops bars and restaurants. The master bedroom, which has french doors out onto the terrace and pool area has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes with safe. It also has a ensuite with walk in shower and coin operated air conditioning unit. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed fitted wardrobes and French doors into the swimming terrace and swimming pool. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with wardrobes, ( bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a bath and shower) bedroom 4 has a Superkingsize bed with ensuite and patio doors onto the swimming pool. Bedroom 5 has a Superkingsize bed with ensuite and aircon coin operated and patio doors into the back of the house where th bbq area is.

The lounge is furnished beautifully with a lovely relaxing feel, with 2 leather sofas and 50'' TV with English channels.The lounge also has a coin operated aircon unit. The dining room has a table that seats 8 and french doors opening out to the pool area.
The fully fitted kitchen has all you will need for a stress free holiday including a dishwasher. The utility room has a large capacity washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa has free wifi
The tranquil feel is continued outside with a built in bbq and a large table that seats 12 at the back of the property there is also outside dining at the front of the property over looking the heated pool.
The villa has off street parking and has a secure and private outside area.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Karen's villa, it was so good we literally didn't want to come home and tried to extend our trip!! Great space for all the family, thoroughly enjoyed chilling out by the pool and breakfasts on the terrace. With a one year old in tow it was great to be able to explore all the fantastic restaurants Playa Blanca has to offer and then head back for nightcaps, games and a good film night. Thank you very much Karen.

Villa was beautiful and the area was great because we were within walking distance of 3 beaches and the town. Taxis very easy to book and very reasonable if needed. Lidl is about a 15 minute walk so easy to shop for food. One slight negative about the Villa is there's not enough cooking dishes for the oven so we had to change the rhings we had planned to cook but apart from that an amazing holiday

The communication from Karen the host was excellent. We had an excellent / seamless holiday (3 couples with an en-suite each). The villa was spacious and clean, 2 large fridge / freezers, so ample room for water etc. The pool looked as though it had just been renovated and was salt water, hence less skin irritation. The Astroturf looked new and the outdoor area was clean. It is a steady 20min walk to Playa Blanca or 4-5 euro taxi. We walked to Playa Blanca and caught the ferry to Fuerteventura mid holiday which was also seamless. If you are looking for a clean villa with excellent host communication in a great location
 this is for you.

Lovely spacious villa

Just back from a lovely stay. We were a party of grandparents, parents and teens and the villa was a great layout with lovely pool area. Lots of dining areas and the BBQ area was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the host very responsive.The only downside for us was the walk into the centre was around 30 mins and although a flat walk was a bit too much for the grandparents. Saying that the taxis were cheap at least than 5 euros for taxi to town.Overall a great stay.

Space wise and layout of the property, this villa is amazing for a family holiday. The pool and terrace area is definitely the strongest feature with sunshine literally all day.Karen was very responsive when messaging and provided clear and concise information for check in and check out.My only bug bear would be that we had until 10am to check out but the cleaner and family rocked up at 09:40. At this point we were still packing our final items and stripping the beds so felt really under pressure Also, the cleaning could be to a higher standard.

WOW, the villa was all we hoped it would be, everything was as said on this booking site. Beautiful villa, clean and close to amenities. Communication with the host, Karen, was always prompt throughout and helpful. Transfer company recommend was prompt each way. We had a delay getting there but didn’t need to worry that we missed the supermarket as Karen’s Management Team, Richard and Sue very kindly left us a welcome pack of basic supplies. A most unexpected but lovely gesture which was much appreciated. A fantastic time was had by all the family. We were a family of 7 adults, 1 teenager and 4 children under 3. Would highly recommend this villa.

Recent holiday

Villa Samantha Elizabeth was perfect in so many ways. Met every criteria that was advertised and backed up by Karen the host. All questions were answered in a speedy manner and access details very straight forward. The villa itself is outstanding with all the facilities you would ever need and maintained to a very high standard.Add in the swimming pool, spacious garden and pool table and you have the lot. The location of the villa from the airport & Playa Blanca is excellent. Recommend using the local taxis as so reliable and cheap. Ate out every night as the restaurants and bars are great and reasonably priced. Would recommend 100% and look forward to a return visit.

Relaxing break

The villa was lovely - it is an ideal place for a relaxing and quiet holiday . The villa is beautiful with a pool and large area outside. This is secluded and quiet. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lounge area large and great for evenings chilling or watching some tv! Karen was a great host - great at communicating and friendly . Swimming pool was cleaned during the week which was good. Villa is about a mile walk from the beach which was fine for us as we walked and ran! Overall a lovely holiday - we would definitely stay here again .

Absolutely brilliant stay in an amazing villa! Spotlessly clean with all you’d need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of room for everyone bedrooms were great, comfy beds and big bathrooms showers were hot and powerful, kitchen had all you’d need with plenty of utensils the pool was great, warm and big enough for the inflatables to relax on and plenty of beds to lounge on. Location was so quiet and private with playa Blanca 25/30 minute walk away. Karen was a great host always responded quickly and with information requested. Highly recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed

Amazing villa, highly recommend

We stayed from 21-28 December as 2 families with children from age 8-15yrs. Karen was quick to reply to any messages, checked we had got in ok and that our stay was going ok. The villa, well it was outstanding, lots of kitchen utensils so you never ran out, pool area was clean tidy, the beds were huge! The pool table was a bonus. I can't think of anything terrible about the property, it was on a quiet street about 20min walk to Playa Flamingo or Playa Blanca or a €5 taxi ride! I'd definitely book again! Thank you, Karen 😁

Great spacious house ideal for a large group

We were a large group with a lot of kids. The house was perfect with the 5 bedrooms and the living room. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the barbecue. We also liked the proximity to everything, you just need to have a car. Karen is very friendly and accommodating, thank you for this Karen! Overall a great experience. We highly recommend the house to anyone planning to go to Lanzarote.

Great Villa but not as it seems!!

We booked this villa requiring, as advertised and confirmed, a 4 bedroom villa for my adult family. However, we were so surprised to find the master/ fourth bedroom and ensuite bathroom locked. We found it so difficult to get a reply from Karen, the host, and had to get Vrbo to do so. When we finally spoke to her, already over an hour after check in, she said that because we were a party of 6 we were only entitled to 3 bedrooms and would require a further payment for the fourth bedroom. She tried to claim that this was in the listing/contract!!!!This is completely incorrect and thankfully Vrbo backed this up and spoke to her directly. She was unable to see this complaint from our point of view as a family on holiday and was rude and aggressive. Because of her obstinance and greed, one of our party had to sleep on the sofa for the first night until the fourth, master bedroom was then opened. This is completely unacceptable and ruined our arrival. Vrbo offered to re-accommodate us but we decided to stay rather than ruin more of our holiday. It's such a shame about the hosting because the villa, a little tired in places, was what we needed and once the property booked was made available was a good size.

Heerlijke rustige plek

Mooi vernieuwde woning voorzien van de nodige luxe en comfort. Enige minpuntje, zoals in vele vakantie huurwoningen, weinig potten en pannen om voor een groep te koken als het huisje volledig benut word. Verder heel goed verblijf, goede rustige ligging, goede WiFi goede douche en bedden. Zou zo terug willen gaan.
