Villa Ambar is an exclusive, luxurious, independent and very bright villa, it is located south of the Island of Lanzarote, Playa Blanca, within a high-quality residential complex, perfect place to spend your holidays, overlooking the sea, Faro from Pechiguera, Isla de Lobos, Fuerteventura and Montaña Roja all this without leaving the house.

Located in the Amber Residential Complex, 2 minutes walk from the beach promenade of Playa Blanca, 7 kilometers long.

Very close walking we find a shopping center with supermarket, restaurants and cafes, just 5 minutes drive from the tourist center of Playa Blanca and 10 minutes from the famous Papagayo Beaches.

It offers a bright, relaxing atmosphere with guaranteed tranquility.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room, fully furnished kitchen, holl, terrace-dining room overlooking the garden, solarium, garden and private pool of 7.50 x 3.50m, located on a plot of 800 meters with parking inside it next to the main entrance.

This was a beautiful villa. Exceptionally clean. The pool was heated to a good temperature. Communication was excellent and when we did experience a small problem it was resolved in a matter of hours. We have stayed in this area many times and it is well served with restaurants and shops you can walk to. The coastal path is a 5 minute walk away. What could be useful for visitors new to the area is notes on rubbish disposal, and emergency numbers, doctors etc. The weather at the time of our stay was much cooler than usual. We could have done with some form of heating. After saying that I am sure if I had contacted the host something would have been made available. I would have no hesitation staying at this villa in the future.

Gebucht haben wir fĂŒr 4 Wochen eine „Schöne Villa mit herrlichem Blick“. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, Fuerteventura und Lobos ist wirklich herrlich.Doch die „schöne Villa“ ist vernachlĂ€ssigt. Schon bei der Ankunft war es uns nicht möglich die HaustĂŒr zu öffnen, da das Schloss kaputt war. Der telefonisch gerufene „Hausmeister“ Victor ermöglichte uns den Zutritt und veranlasste den Einbau eines neuen Schlosses.Einige Zeit spĂ€ter mussten wir den ersten der sicherheitsrelevanten MĂ€ngel durch einen sehr unangenehmen Vorfall erfahren. Victor war wiederum nach einem Anruf gleich vor Ort um zu helfen.Auch als wir feststellten, dass die WintergartentĂŒren sich nicht verschließen lassen und wir somit ein offenes Haus haben, zeigte Victor engagierten Einsatz, um diese missliche Situation zu beheben.Nach diesen Ă€ußerst Ă€rgerlichen Gegebenheiten verzichteten wir auf den Gebrauch mancher Ausstattung, wie z. B. den Grill samt der Utensilien, denn der Zustand war unzumutbar. Dicke Staubschichten auf den Lamellen des Kleiderschrankes entfernten wir zeitaufwendig.Durch völlig verschmutzte Fenster zu blicken, war kein VergnĂŒgen. Wir fanden es sehr bedauerlich, dass der Gastgeber so wenig WertschĂ€tzung seinen GĂ€sten gegenĂŒber zeigte. Aber ein „DANKE“ an Victor!

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit warmem Pool

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche in dem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Der Pool war gut geheizt im Februar. Im Wintergarten war es auch abends schön warm. Es könnte etwas Wind geschĂŒtzter sein auf der Terrasse, wenn man um die Ecke geht, hat man allerdings einen guten Windschutz, genau neben der Hauptterrasse. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Villa needs some updating in places, pool was excellent heated enough to swim in, bars and restaurants are a 10 minute walk, communication with host was very good, villa could do with an information pack about the island, a few issues with villa that has been raised with the host, if they get sorted I would recommend this villa

Nice Villa but with some limitations

We know the location well and the style of villa so none of that was a surprise. It was clean and check in/out was straight forward. Kitchen implements and utensils were a bit limited especially if there were 6 guests. Tried to use the parasol but base broken so not possible. Parking was a little strange, it seemed the neighbour was using our space but another was available. BBQ utensils very limited. No real information in the villa regarding the area / restaurants / supermarkets etc. Overall ok.

tolles Urlaubsdomizil

Wir waren Anfang April fĂŒr zehn Tage in diesem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage nahe des Faro pechiguera ist super. Schön ruhig und trotzdem nah dran.SupermĂ€rkte, Restaurants sind fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit FahrrĂ€der (von planet bikes) und das war perfekt. Nach Playa Blanca und den „HausstrĂ€nden“ sind es mit dem Rad nur wenige Minuten. Zu den Playa de Papagayo dauert es mit dem Rad etwa eine Stunde. Ein Mietwagen ist auch eine gute Idee. Damit lĂ€sst sich die Insel gut erkunden. Das Haus hat alles, was nötig ist und richtig viele KĂŒchengerĂ€te, sogar einen Standmixer. Der Pool ist beheizt und hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Die Sonnenliegen sind bequem und es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit schattige Flecken auf dem GrundstĂŒck. FĂŒr kĂŒhlere Tage ist der Wintergarten ein Traum. Die Betten waren okay. Am allerbesten hat uns die ruhige Lage und der Blick nach Fuerteventura gefallen. Und wer Lust hat, wandere oder bike auf den Montana Roja. Von dort habt ihr einen tollen Blick. Insgesamt empfehle ich das Haus sehr gern weiter. Zu Jesus war der Kontakt sehr nett. Er gibt vor Anreise viele tolle Tips und Informationen rund um Lanzarote.

Lovely Villa

Stayed for a week in March, the villa was excellent. Lovely and clean on arrival with the bonus of a heated pool. Great views from the terrace over to Fuerteventura and the lighthouse. Location was very peaceful and just 5 minutes from the nearest shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the promenade which takes you all the way to the Marina. Communication was excellent in the lead up to our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Super Urlaub!

Mein Mann und ich waren das zweite Mal in der Villa. Wie bereits beim ersten Mal, hat es uns super gefallen. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war unkompliziert, die Villa war bei der Ankunft sauber und der Kontakt wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs war ebenfalls super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒllt und kommen gerne wieder. Super Villa

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa von JesĂșs war einfach super. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und einfach. Es wurden alle Daten durchgegeben. Die Villa war sehr sauber und der Pool wurde in der Zeit auch gereinigt. Die Villa war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir wĂ€ren gerne noch lĂ€nger geblieben und kommen definitiv gerne beim nĂ€chsten Urlaub wieder.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Ferienhaus in Yaiza

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung fĂŒnf Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt (einen Strand gibt es dort nicht, aber eine schöne Promenade). Es war super sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Pool ist klasse! Mit dem Check-in und der Kommunikation hat alles super geklappt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.
