Casa Lola, Sea Front Apartment in Playa Blanca

Casa Lola and Casa Elena are on Calle Los Limones, Playa Blanca. Right in the center of town. Lola is on the first floor with modern decor and has a spectacular balcony overlooking the sea and Fuerteventura. Elena is more classic, its on the ground floor and offers a beautiful gallery overlooking the sea. This house has a really high standard and as a whole is designed to enjoy the ocean and the sun. Wi-Fi included and safe box.

Casa Lola has three bedrooms with 2 rooms having double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds all having air conditioning. Two bathrooms with shower. Living room with sea views, kitchen and furnished balcony. Elena has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and two with single beds. Two bathrooms, open kitchen, living room and the gallery overlooking the sea. The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and amenities products (gel/shampoo and body lotion dispenser). The patio has a sun shade blind which you can open and close when you wish, but has a safety mechanism that maintains it closed when weather conditions are not adapt for use.

Air Conditioning:
Equipped with air conditioning and is available for use through the provided coin meter, where you can refill at your own expense as often as you need for cool/warm airflow.

Thanks to its good location in the center of Playa Blanca close you will find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, excursion centres, ice cream and a Promenade that invites you to take a good walk by the sea.

WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival.

CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturiser dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser.This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information.

CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
