ACCOMMODATION
Detached single storey villa, with private heated pool and a spacious sun terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden overlooking the mountains Ajaches and the Atlantic ocean.

The villa has air conditioning, wifi, private parking and is fully furnished and equipped for 6 people.

The villa has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, double wardrobe and chest of drawers and a suite bathroom; and two double bedrooms with wardrobe and comfortable and full common bathroom with bath and shower.

The terrace has a covered porch area, dining table and 6 chairs, heated pool, spacious sun terrace with 6 sun loungers, a barbecue, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with artificial lighting, with excellent views of the mountains and the sea where you can enjoy complete privacy.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster) and has an en-closed and covered laundry equipped with washing machine, ironing center and clothesline.

The living room is separate and has dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and two armchairs, air conditioning, ceiling fan, digital TV, satellite TV and DVD, and also has an indoor garden.

If it was necessary the villa has cot and highchair.

ENVIRONMENT
The villa is in the sought after area of Las Coloradas (UrbanizaciĂłn La Granja), well located and in a very quiet area with total privacy.

The villa has magnificent views of the mountains of Los Ajaches and the Atlantic Ocean and is conveniently located only 600 meters from the beach of Las Coloradas from where the promenade along the coast begins and you can walk to the town center of Playa Blanca which is 2,500 metros. And the villa is also very close to the beaches of Papagayo (1,500 meters), the Marina Rubicon (1,500 meters) and Gold beach (2,000 meters)

The villa is also in a very quiet, private area, exclusively residential (UrbanizaciĂłn La Granja), no bars or shops around causing noise, and 400 meters from a supermarket where customers can buy everything they need during their stay .
The villa has a separate entrance and is fully walled and terrace (where the pool and the solarium) can enjoy magnificent views and complete privacy.

Bon séjour avec villa confortable, piscine chauffée agréable. Des détails à revoir ( procédure d arrivée ; il est plus facile d avoir le code pour récupérer les clés dans le boßtier par mail dÚs la réservation que de devoir téléphoner devant la porte. le systÚme de pompe de la piscine qui est passablement bruyant comme souvent dans ce genre de villa ; l environnement immédiat de la villa décevant avec un lotissement en construction et à l abandon et des villas non entretenues par des résidents locaux, la voiture de location est aussi indispensable et permet de traverser la zone rapidement.

Pas mal mais des choses Ă  corriger.

TrÚs bon emplacement (à l'est de Playa Blanca, en direction de Papagayo). TrÚs belle terrasse avec petite piscine bien agréable. Petite maison agréable. Quelques bémols : le mobilier de la terrasse n'est pas celui des photos du site. Il est trÚs (trop) vétuste. Il est grand temps que le propriétaire investisse dans du matériel neuf pour la terrasse (chaises et table) et jette les transats abßmés. La bordure de la piscine est détériorée sur un des angles. Quand au matériel de cuisine, c'est le strict minimum, et il est ancien. DerniÚre chose : les jours de grand vent, l'arbre de la maison d'à cÎté (au n°10) cogne contre la toiture de la "villa Anna". Difficile de dormir correctement dans ces conditions... Les jours sans vent, c'est trÚs calme.

We've stayed in Playa Blanca several times now over the summer. This time, we opted to stay for 1 month, and the pricing for this villa was attractive. As other reviewers have noted, describing it as a luxury villa is probably a stretch. It is nice overall, spacious, and has a good outdoor area. Internally, it's a bit tired and not as well equipped as other villas. The location, at least on Vrbo, isn't particularly accurate. It's further away from the coast, though walkable to the marina and to the nearest SuperDino. We had an issue one night with a flood, which was due to a burst pipe. In fairness to the property management company, they had someone with us within 30 minutes, despite it being 2am. The water was shut off in the ensuite bathroom to prevent any further flooding. The following morning, a plumber was on site. So, great credit and we were glad of getting the issue fixed promptly. These things can happen!The pool was well maintained and kept clean throughout the duration. The cleaning service was mostly just a change of towels and bedding, so we did some extra cleaning ourselves.As mentioned, the outdoor area is nice and spacious. It's a pretty quiet location for the most part. The road behind the villa is set back quite a distance and there isn't much traffic on it. There isn't defined parking for the villa and, nearer the end of the stay as summer visitor numbers increased, parking close to the villa became more problematic.

We really enjoyed the house.Exceptional location, great amenities.Very well organized.A huge thanks for the « basis stuffs » we found in the villa as salt, pepper
 so much appreciable to have toilet paper and soap when we arrived.Great quality of bed, towels, and nice to have towels for the swimming pool.Perfect temperature of the swimming pool (essential with a kid:-) and air conditioning was very useful.Manuel was very responsive as well.In a nutshell fantastic stay !Nevertheless few points of improvements:- need to change the transat/ not confortable, not cleaned and very old fashioned- we did not find water to clean the terrace; indeed with the Sahara wind there was a lot of dust outside and we were not able to clean the hallways near the swimming pool.- very noisy pump just behind the head of the bed in the master bedroom. Probably noise comes from the neighbours/ their swimming pool pump? But I m quite sure the issue will be fixed swiftly. That was an issue to be honest but we used ear plugs. My family and I felt in Love of Lanzarote and this charming house!!!

Enjoyed our stay

We were led to believe that this was a luxury villa and although it was very nice certainly not luxury. On arrival there was no one to meet us to tell us the key safe code but went around the back where door was open. There was not enough crockery for 6 people only 3 mugs so we had to go out and purchase more and although we contacted the owner no refund has been given. The hairdryer broke half way through our 10 days and the owner was quick to get us another one. And although we had paid extra for the pool to be heated somedays it was very cold which we did mention to owner and he sent someone out, and although it did improve still not very warm. The villa is in a good location of a walk to the Marina which took about 40 minutes but we think it is essential you have a car. We used the barbecue once but had to clean it before use. It was quite chilly whilst we were there and di not have to use air conditioning at all and we were very grateful of the blankets that were in the cupboard. Also in the garden area there were only 4 sun loungers but maybe they bring more if there are 6 of you. Could have done with some nice soft cushioned sofas to sit on as the garden is quite large.

Das Inventar ist schon sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren, die Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse sind durchgesessen ebenso die Couch im Haus. Die Lage ist schön aber das Haus sollte grĂŒndlich renoviert werden wie die beiden NebenhĂ€user.Die Wegbeschreibung war eine Katastrophe und total ungenau

Lovely quiet place

Great place, quiet but 5 minutes from shops and a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. Address is a but tricky as the street sign for Calle Cyca4 is missing, there is a notice board on the wall where it should be that has a map showing the property. Overall we had a great stay.

Lekker ruim vakantiehuis voor 2 stellen

Leuk vakantiehuis in een rustige omgeving waar nog gebouwd wordt, maar waar je geen last van hebt. Lekker kunnen genieten van het mooie weer bij 24 graden, terwijl je weet dat het thuis sneeuwt. Daarnaast liep het contact met de verhuurder vlot, prima en duidelijk.

Nice villa, quite remote and could do with some TLC!

Nice property. Air con works well and kitchen is clean etc as are bathrooms. Outside could do with some TLC as it’s quite worn, as are the settees. Pool is well maintained during stay. Owner is super helpful. Amenities are further away than listed, area is quite remote. Definitely recommend a car hire.
