Casa Serendipity is a private detached villa on a peaceful residential development. The overwhelming response of the majority of our guests is how peaceful, relaxing and comfortable our villa is both inside and outside.

The villa is spacious and offers guests ample space to be together without being crowded.

The large terrace offers pool lovers a large pool, sun loungers for the sun lovers and a covered terrace for those who prefer the shade. A place for all tastes.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette villa et profité pleinement de sa grande piscine!!! La villa est située dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme, et possÚde tout ce dont vous aurez besoin durant votre séjour. Nous savions que le ménage de fin de séjour était inclus mais nous avons été trÚs agréablement surpris, au retour d'une journée de visite, de constater que le ménage avait été fait et les serviettes changées. Bien sûr je n'oublie pas la trÚs bonne communication avec Sarah qui a toujours, et trÚs rapidement, répondu à nos questions.

We had a really lovely stay. The villa is located just outside the town, but within easy reach. A very well equipped villa. Communication with Sarah beforehand was excellent- helping us with things like birthday balloons. Thanks for letting us stay!

Lovely villa

Overall we were happy with the villa and it was generally clean and tidy, we would definitely look to book it again, location was very good (with a car) and kitchen well equipped, the pool cover was a little tired but functional and there was some blown plaster/loose paint in parts of the inside but other than these minor things it was perfect.

Excellent 12 day holiday staying in this great 3 bedroom Villa. The Villa is very spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need, good air conditioning and an amazing Pool / Patio area ! The photos don’t do it justice, the pool is a really good size and we had hours of fun in there every day ! We loved the location of the gated community, minutes from the beaches and shops / restaurants. There is also a very good pay as you go Gym (garage gym) close by and a great running route up and around the crater of Montana Roja. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to rent again in the near future.

lovely villa, excellent communication with host

villa was in overall very good condition and exactly as listed/ pictures shown. Kitchen was extremely well kitted out with everything you could need (could do with a new mop but thats about all) Communication with host was absolutely brilliant and they replied to any queries immediately. A bit of a walk to shops and restaurants but downhill and easy taxi or bus bus ride back.

This villa is massive and the pictures dont do it justice, we had issues with the booking through VRBO which were sorted by Sarah and she communicated to us throughout this time ensuring our booking was held. Lovely pool and plenty of space for sunbathing. Would book again.

A little too far out for us oldies. Villa was lovely. Sadly there was a problem with the pool that Sarah the owner tried her best to sort but it was over Christmas period so it wasn’t repaired. Sarah refunded some money as compensation

Lovely Villa in a Quiet Area

The villa inside was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls etc and lots of cooking pots and pans. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large. The only reason for our 4 star overall rating was due to the building site behind which meant that outside the villa was covered in sand, which in turn got in the pool meaning that it took a lot of cleaning for us to be able to use it. Sarah was always helpful and answered quickly. We do intend to return when the building work is completed and the site is cleared.

Wonderful Villa Stay

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Loved the welcome pack in arrival and especially the comfy beds. Villa well located although was a 40 min walk into town but there is a bus stop near by and taxis are cheap to and from the villa (5-6euros). Pool was lovely although still on the chilly side and there are there were quite a few loose tiles in and around the pool area. Would definitely considering staying again at this villa.

Lazing in Lanzarote sunshine

This property is great - plenty of room both inside and outside. Location is great, with the bus-stop being very close. The master suite upstairs is large, light and airy. Very clean on arrival, and the property was cleaned during our stay. Just one minor thing - can you provide oven gloves? Maybe they have disappeared over the years!

Great Holiday

The villa is great, had everything we needed inside and out. If you do not like walking you will need a taxi to the beach or hire a car, Rubicon Marina is over an hour on foot, Playa Flamingo 35-40 minutes. Taxis are very easy to get and the prices are good.

Lovely large house with private pool

Good size house and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including beach and pool towels which were a bonus. Good size pool and ample sun loungers. Sarah is a great host who was very quick to respond to messages. We hired a car so location was perfect getting around. Nice quite complex and there is a communal pool as well a short walk away. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we will definitely come back.

Well where do u start. To say this is our second time at the villa says it all really. We have been having family holidays in Playa Blanca for many years but we can now say we have found our second home. Will be looking into re-booking NO3 visit very soon. Perfection

We had such an amazing holiday! The villa is beautiful - spacious, modern, clean, well equiped and very peaceful. Sarah was the perfect host and went out of her way to accommodate us when we had a slight passport issue which meant we had to change our dates!! She was always super quick to respond to messages and just made us feel relaxed and welcome in her beautiful home. The villa is a good 25 minutes walk to Flamingo beach but, as it was just my husband and I, we enjoyed the walk. If we had had the children with us, we would have hired a car as their little legs would have not enjoyed it quite so much! Overall, a fabulous villa that I would love to return to 😍

Love the place

Ogolnie willa byla bardzo zadbana. Kontakt z wlascicielka byl bardzo sprawny,szybko odpowiadala. Jedyny minus byl taki ,ze basen byl brudny od piasku. Na poczatku dwa razy byl ktos czyscic ,ale ostatnie cztery dni pobytu nikogo juz nie bylo,mimo ze wlascicielka napisala ,ze ktos bedzie. Wiadomo ze wiekszosc czasu spedza sie przy basenie, a on nie byl czysty.
