The villa Ajaches 23 is located in Puerto Calero and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 3-storey property is 130mÂČ and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, one of which leads out onto a balcony and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite as well as an additional toilet. The villa can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated without additional charge), which can be heated in winter an open terrace, a balcony and a grill.

The next café can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (930m). The next supermarket, restaurant, and bar are 3 minutes away by car (1.4km). The beach "Playa Chica" can be reached in 10 minutes by car (5km). The Lanzarote Airport is 15 minutes away by car (14km).

Free parking is available on the street as well as private parking on the property.

There is 24-hour security in the urbanisation.

Could not ask for anything else superb in all aspects. Proximity to Puerto Calero just a 5 minute walk to the main harbour area. The villa was very well equipped no need to buy any extras. Will definitely be going back hopefully next year with the family. Pool was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. No complaints what so ever 10 out of 10

Great apartment in a great location

Having stayed in the area before, we decided to change where we stay and we were not disappointed. The apartment is in a great location and very well presented. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. The bedrooms were spacious and airy with the Lanzarote breeze through the front windows. We picked a good week to holiday as we had no direct neighbours the entire time we were there. Shops and the port are only a short a lovely walk away. Pool was cleaned twice in a week, which was great. Great views from the apartment.

Lovely Lanzarote

The property is excellent, the view makes it all worthwhile, easy for the port and all facilities. The pool is nice and very well maintained, it is only heated by the sun, but if you cover it every night the warmth is contained.One criticism is there is only enough cutlery for just six people no extra for serving anythinusing the oven.etc. also a little more oven wear to use if

Excellent Villa

Fantastic stay in the villa with private pool and views over the sea to watch the boats going in and out of the harbour. Well provided for if you want to self cater and a short walk to the marina where there are multiple great small bars and restaurants. Communication with the host was great providing help and information for our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
