Villa Luar - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10

Located a 25-minute stroll from the heart of Playa Blanca, we find Villa Luar. A beautiful five-bedroom property, great for up to ten guests. Whilst you're not far from the centre of the resort, Villa Luar may tempt you to stay poolside and enjoy your own private terrace with a heated* pool. The terrace features reclining sun loungers and cosy rattan furniture for your morning coffees and afternoon cocktails poolside. For tapas lunches and alfresco feasts, the villa also features a brick-built BBQ and a pergola area for all to enjoy. 
Inside, the villa is modern with an open-plan living room and kitchen, featuring a smart TV and patio doors which let in floods of natural sunlight. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with air conditioning for your comfort. On the ground level there is a covered access to an internal stairway leading to the lower ground level, this features a further two bedrooms also with air conditioning, a second living room, kitchen and dining table. This space is ideal for those travelling in larger groups, who want a little extra space whilst on your own self-catering holiday
As an added something special, Villa Luar comes with complimentary pool towels for the duration of your stay, a pool table, table tennis and a hot tub included in your stay. The pool also comes heated between the months of November to April, meaning you can enjoy the outdoors all year round. *Any items marked with an asterisk may be subject to an additional charge.

Important Information - Please note, the maximum occupancy for this villa is 10, including infants. All guests are included in the occupancy.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, there is also a ramp down to the lower ground floor patio doors, however this ramp is quite steep. Please bear this in mind. The front door has a width of 74cm whilst the door to the terrace is 76cm wide. There is 1 step up to the front door. The path to the pool area is 400cm wide, where the terrace is flat and tiled. There is 1 small step over the patio doors. The pool itself requires step access. The bedrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 67cm, whilst the master bathroom door is 67cm wide. There are 17 steps to the lower ground floor (external access only), where the door into the largest bedroom is 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 74cm wide. The door into the lounge/kitchen is 74cm wide.
