Nestled in the laid-back Playa Blanca resort, Villa Montalban offers a superb location for those seeking proximity to everything. Just a 5 minute stroll leads to the stylish Rubicon Marina, where charming eateries and shops overlook the marina. This semi-detached villa has fresh and modern interiors coupled with ample outdoor space, creating a perfect environment for both relaxation and socialising. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Montalban is ideally located just a short walk fromthe Rubicon Marina. Take a 5 minute amble and you’ll discover some great shops and restaurants overlooking the yachts, with bars offering live music in the evening. From here, a further 20 minute walk on a coastal promenade leads to the resort centre with plenty more restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. There's also a natural pebble beach just a 15 minute walk from the villa. Should you wish to venture outside of the resort, you are well positioned to visit the unmissable Timanfaya National Park and stunning Papagayo Beach.
