Villa Tinamar has a fantastic location, just 2 minutes' walk from the beautiful Rubicon Marina with its boutiques, shops, bars, art galleries and restaurants overlooking the yachts. The property sits within a residential development between Playa Blanca and the natural monument of Los Ajaches, where you'll also find the stunning Papagayo Beaches. What's more, this 3 bedroom villa has a private pool and is an excellent choice for couples and small groups. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.
Villa Tinamar is a semi-detached property situated in a residential area in the chic and lively Rubicon Marina just opposite the Hotel Rubimar. The marina has a commercial centre with fashion outlets and a supermarket, as well as artisan shops, boutiques, chill out bars and many international eateries overlooking the luxury yachts. A tourist market is held here twice weekly. The resort centre itself is only 5 minutes away by car with a several shops and places to eat.

House and outdoor areas spotlessly clean, pool warm and well maintained. Location fantastic with supermarket 2 minutes away for essentials. In the Marina in minutes for meals out.
